摘　　要：上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院是上海市首批国家级住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地,着力于培养有医术、有灵魂、有温度的医学人才,紧密服务于国家“健康中国”发展战略。肾脏内科响应国家和医学院的人才培养目标,结合住院医师需求和肾脏疾病特点,将专业与思想政治(简称思政)有机融合,在内科住培中加入思政课程。通过观看短片、案例分析、角色扮演、辩论等形式,充分调动住院医师主动学习的积极性,加深对专业知识的理解和记忆;树立和培育住院医师的社会主义核心价值观,塑造仁术济世的品德。将思政与专业双向贯通,从而达到立德树人的目标。Renji Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is one of the first batch of national standardized training bases for residents in Shanghai.It focuses on training medical talents with medical skills,soul and affection,closely served the national"Healthy China"development strategy.In response to the national and Medical College's talent training objectives,our nephrology department integrates professional knowledge with Ideological and Political education in combination with the characteristics of residents and kidney diseases.Ideological and Political materials are added into the daily teaching process of standardized training of internal medicine residents.Through short films,case analysis,role play,debate and other forms,residents'enthusiasm for active learning is fully mobilized,deepening the understanding and memorizing of their professional knowledge,establishing and cultivating the socialist core values of residents,shaping the benevolent morality,realizing the two-way connection of Ideological and Political education and kidney specialty,so as to achieve the goal of"moral education".
