摘 要:目的探讨超声虚拟训练系统在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法选取2019年7月1日至2021年4月30日在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院超声医学科住培的30名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组(15名)在常规住培训的基础上采取超声虚拟训练系统培训,对照组(15名)采取传统教学法,评估两组培训的效果和满意度。结果观察组临床技能考核总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。进一步分析各维度发现,观察组住院医师的仪器使用与调节、检查方法与要求、操作步骤得分要高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。大部分住院医师对超声虚拟训练系统满意,也有少数住院医师认为其真实性和训练流畅性有待进一步提高。结论超声虚拟训练系统能够显著提高超声医学科专业住院医师学习效果,但是相关训练体系和病例库有待进一步完善。Objective To evaluate the application of the ultrasound virtual training system in the standardized residency training of the Department of Ultrasound Medicine.Methods Thirty residents who were trained in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from July 1,2019 to April 30,2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.On this basis,the residents in the observation group(n=15)were trained with the ultrasound virtual training system,and the control group(n=15)with traditonal teaching method.Effectiveness and satisfaction of the training were evaluated.Results The total score of ultrasonic clinical skill examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Further analysis of each dimension:the use and adjustment of instruments,the methods and requirements of inspection,and operation steps,showed that the scores of resident physicians in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Most residents were satisfied with the virtual training system,while a few residents thought that its authenticity and training fluency needed to be further improved.Conclusion The ultrasound virtual training system can significantly improve the learning effect of residents in ultrasound training,but the related training system and the database for medical cases need to be further improved.
