摘 要:职称聘任评价指标体系的知晓率及满意度对进一步完善职称聘任评价指标体系,提高医务人员工作满意度和积极性起到重要作用。对北京市5家三甲医院共257名临床医师开展调查,分析临床医师对职称聘任评价指标体系知晓率及满意度情况。职称聘任评价体系的总体知晓情况达到“了解”程度(4.06±0.75)分,对职称聘任评价体系的整体满意情况尚未达到“满意”程度(3.74±0.92)分。不同专业技术职务临床医师对职称聘任评价体系的满意度情况差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05),职称聘任评价体系的满意度和知晓度相关性显著(P<0.05),二者存在正相关。应进一步完善职称聘任评价指标体系,加大职称聘任评价体系的宣传力度,提高职称聘任评价体系满意度。The awareness rate and satisfaction of the professional title appointment evaluation index system plays an important role in further improving the professional title appointment evaluation index system and improving the job satisfaction and enthusiasm of medical staff.A total of 257 clinicians from 5 tertiary hospitals in Beijing were investigated to analyze the awareness rate and satisfaction rate on the professional title appointment evaluation index system.The overall awareness of the professional title appointment evaluation system reached the degree of"understanding"(4.06±0.75)points,while the overall satisfaction of the professional title appointment evaluation system did not reach the degree of"satisfaction"(3.74±0.92)points.The difference of the satisfaction of clinicians with different professional and technical positions to the professional title appointment evaluation system was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the professional title appointment evaluation system was significantly correlated with the degree of awareness(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the two.It should further improve the index system of professional title appointment evaluation,strengthen the publicity of professional title appointment evaluation system,and improve the satisfaction of professional title appointment evaluation system.
