摘  要:为了使本科实验教学更加贴近科研热点领域,增加学生对化学实验的学习兴趣。本文设计了在可见光诱导下邻烯丙氧基苯甲醛和苯亚磺酸自由基环化反应,合成功能化的4-色满酮衍生物,并对反应机制进行了初步探究。本综合实验易操作、且产物产率高,本科生在掌握实验原理及基本实验操作后,均能完成综合性合成实验,获得一定的实验成就感;同时本实验又有一定的难度,学生对反应条件的执行程度决定了其各步反应产物产率的高低,可从产率高低评价学生实验水平。本文以有机化学研究中的热点前沿,帮助学生系统地理解和掌握合成化学的实验技术,锻炼学生的主动探索精神和综合实践能力,感受有机合成的神奇之处。In order to make the undergraduate experimental teaching more closely to the hot field of scientific research and increase student’s interest in learning chemical experiments.Functionalized 4-chromanone derivatives were synthesized by free radical cyclization reaction of o-allyloxybenzaldehyde and benzenesulfonic acid under visible light,and the reaction mechanism were preliminarily explored.This comprehensive experiment is easy to operate,and the yields of product is high,undergraduates can complete the comprehensive synthesis experiment after mastering the experimental principle and basic experimental operation,and obtain a certain sense of achievement in the experiment.At the same time,the experiment has a certain difficulty.The degree of students’execution of reaction conditions determines the yield of reaction products in each step.The experimental level of students can be evaluated by the yield.This paper helps students systematically understand and master the experimental technology of synthetic chemistry,exercise student’s active exploration spirit and comprehensive practical ability,and feel the magic of organic synthesis with the hot frontier of organic chemistry research.
