摘　　要：中华文化曾长期居于人类文明发展的前列,但18世纪以来,西方借助工业革命的技术优势构建起强大的文化霸权,统驭世界数百年之久。当前,中国已经逐步实现“数字崛起”,成为影响世界百年未有之大变局的关键变量,世界技术文化格局正在发生显著“位移”。在数字时代,中华文化的复兴具有深刻的“技术-文化”逻辑:以14亿多人口为基数的海量数据形成了巨大的规模效应;汉语和汉字为中华文化的数字复兴提供了深层“先进性”基础;中华文明的包容性特质决定了中华文化交往交流交融的历史取向,具备对西方竞争型文化的哲学超越;五千年的文明累积可以为中国数字文化产品激发无尽的活力;更重要的是,中国的社会主义体制具有超越资本的宏观布局优势。Chinese culture once stood at the forefront of human civilization for a long time.However,since the 18th century,the West has established a dominant cultural hegemony through the technological advantages of the industrial revolution,exerting its influence over the world for hundreds of years.At present,China has achieved its digital rise,becoming a key variable in the unprecedented global transformation that will shape the world’s technological and cultural landscape.In the digital age,the rejuvenation of Chinese culture carries profound“technology-culture”logic:the massive digital network users with 1.4 billion people as the base have formed a huge scale effect;the Chinese language and characters provide a deep“progressive”foundation for the digital revival of Chinese culture;The inclusive character of Chinese civilization determines its historical orientation of interaction,communication,and integration,achieving a philosophical transcendence over Western competitive cultures;The accumulation of five thousand years of civilization ignites boundless vitality for Chinese digital cultural products;And,most importantly,China’s socialist system possesses macro-level advantages in surpassing capitalistic frameworks.
