摘 要:[目的]研究灭幼脲在茶树菇及其菌棒上的消解动态及最终残留规律。[方法]以25%灭幼脲悬浮剂为供药试剂开展田间试验,建立液相色谱-串联质谱残留检测分析方法,对茶树菇及其菌棒上灭幼脲的消解动态规律和最终残留进行检测分析。[结果]在0.010~0.500和0.004~0.200 mg/L,灭幼脲在茶树菇和菌棒中的质量浓度与其峰面积线性关系良好,R^(2)为0.999。灭幼脲在茶树菇和菌棒中的平均回收率为90%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~9.7%,其消解过程符合一级动力学模型,半衰期为2.39 d。以25%灭幼脲悬浮剂300、450 g/hm2间隔7 d施药3次,安全间隔期为3 d,初步推荐灭幼脲最大残留限量(MRL)为0.2 mg/kg。[结论]根据试验中灭幼脲最高残留量(HR)计算出普通人群灭幼脲每日摄入量占日允许摄入量的4.7%左右,认为该农药残留对一般人群健康的风险是可接受的。[Objective]To study the degradation dynamics and final residue law of chlorbenzuron in Agrocybe aegerita and its substrates.[Method]The field trials were designed and conducted by applying 25%chlorbenzuron SC,and a determination method of chlorbenzuron in Agrocybe aegerita and its substrates using liquid chromatography⁃tandem mass spectrometry was established to investigate the degradation dy⁃namics and final residue of chlorbenzuron.[Result]At 0.010-0.500 and 0.004-0.200 mg/L,the mass concentration of chlorbenzuron in Agro⁃cybe aegerita and its substrates showed a good linear relationship with its peak area,R^(2) was 0.999.The average recovery rate in Agrocybe aegeri⁃ta and its substrates was 90%-105%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.6%-9.7%.The dissipation of chlorbenzuron in Agrocybe aegerita was in accordance with the first⁃order kinetic model,and the half⁃life was 2.39 d.As 25%chlorbenzuron SC were sprayed at the doses of 300,450 g/hm2 for 3 times,the safe interval was 3 d,and it was recommend that the maximum residue limit(MRL)of chlorbenzuron was 0.2 mg/kg.[Conclusion]According to the highest residue of chlorbenzuron in the experiment,the daily intake of chlorbenzuron accounted for about 4.7%of the daily allowable intake.It was considered that the risk of chlorbenzuron residue to the health of the general population was ac⁃ceptable.
