中药白芍治疗帕金森病药理机制研究进展

摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是目前临床常见的神经退行性疾病之一,以脑内多巴胺神经元功能障碍或丢失为其特征性病理表现,患者主要表现为运动迟缓、肌强直、静止性震颤、姿势不稳等症状。白芍是治疗帕金森病的常用中药,其用药历史悠久,具有养血调经、敛阴止汗、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛的功效,且其药理作用十分广泛。通过对网络药理学研究、数据挖掘、药物成分分析和名老中医用药规律的深入研究发现,白芍中含有芍药苷、芍药总苷、β-谷甾醇、苯甲酰芍药苷、山柰酚等多种活性药理成分,能够通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗细胞凋亡和调节自噬等作用对帕金森病发挥治疗效果。该文总结了白芍治疗帕金森病的药理机制,分析了其有效化学成分及其对相关信号通路和受体蛋白的影响,为白芍治疗帕金森病的未来研究方向提供参考。Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,which is characterized by the dysfunction or loss of dopamine neurons in the brain.The main clinical manifestations were bradykinesia,myotonia,resting tremor,postural instability and other symptoms.Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.It has a long history of medication and has the effects of nourishing blood and regulating menstruation,collecting Yin and antisweating,calming liver Yang,softening liver and relieving pain,and its pharmacological effects are very extensive.By means of network pharmacology research,data mining,ingredient analysis and in-depth study of old medicine law,root of herbaceous peony contain peony glucoside,peony total glycosides,beta sitosterol,benzoyl paeoniflorin,kaempferia galanga phenol and various active pharmaceutical ingredients,can through resisting oxidative stress,anti-inflammation,resisting apoptosis and regulation of autophagy etc have therapeutic effect on Parkinson's disease.This article summarizes the pharmacological mechanism of Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)in the treatment of PD,analyzes its effective chemical components and its effects on related signaling pathways and receptor proteins,and provides a reference for the future research direction of Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)in the treatment of PD.
