摘  要:为了筛选出适宜山西北部地区种植的优良马铃薯品种,从国内收集了14个品种进行一点三年的品种比较试验。分析其生育期、植株性状、块茎商品性以及产量稳定性,并利用隶属函数法评价块茎营养品质。结果表明,中薯19号’和‘冀张薯12号’植株长势强,产量高,商品薯率高,稳定性好,适合作鲜食品种,‘同薯23号’‘、同薯20号’和‘中薯19号’淀粉含量在18%以上,营养品质平均隶属函数值高,适合用作淀粉加工。本试验结果为山西北部马铃薯品种选择提供参考依据,也为当地马铃薯种质资源的利用和育种工作奠定了基础。To select the excellent potato varieties suitable for planting in the northern Shanxi Province,we collect fourteen domestic potato varieties for the comparative experiment lasting three years in the northern Shanxi province.We analyze the growth period,plant character,commodity of tuber and yield,and evaluate nutrient quality by using membership function method.It is shown that‘Zhongshu No.19’and‘Jizhangshu No.12’plants have the advantage of strong growth,high yield,high commercial potato rate,good stability,which are suitable for varieties of fresh food.The starch content of‘Tongshu No.23’,‘Tongshu No.20’and‘Zhongshu No.19’plants is above 18%.These three plants have high average subordinate function value for nutritional quality,making them suitable for starch processing.Our results provide a reference for the selection of potato variety in northern Shanxi,and also pave the way for the utilization of potato germplasm resources and breeding work.
