中医药文化融入中医药院校大学生双创教育培育研究刍议——以浙江中医药大学为例

摘　　要：[目的]基于中医药文化融入中医药院校大学生双创教育,探索中医药院校培养创新型人才的新路径。[方法]从中医药文化氛围营造、学科建设、平台拓展、立法推进等方面进行中医药院校双创培育研究,说明中医药文化培养双创人才的方法及其意义。[结果]浙江中医药大学通过凝练富含中医药文化特色的校训、建设凸显中医药文化的校园建筑、拓展富含中医药文化的校园实践基地来营造良好的中医药文化氛围;通过融入中医药文化思政教育、加强专业与传统文化教育、培育双创思维与能力进行学科建设;开展中医药文化教育活动,熏陶和引导、搭建中医药文化教育活动平台来进行中医药文化平台拓展;制定中医药政策与法规来发挥中医药文化保障体系。对于传承发展中华优秀传统文化的浙江中医药大学,具有创造性思维和创新性能力的中医药人才是一流中医药大学建设的基本根基和历史使命,浙江中医药大学双创教育已然成为社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的“助推器”。[结论]中医药文化融入大学生双创教育培育,既可突出中医药文化特色,也是一流中医药大学建设的必然趋势,更是传承与传播中医药文化的有效路径。[Objective]To explore a new way for Chinese medical universities to cultivate innovative talents,based on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the innovation and entrepreneurship education of students in Chinese medical universities.[Methods]In the aspects of creating an atmosphere of traditional Chinese medicine culture,disciplinary development,expansion of platform and improvement of legislation,this paper studies the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation in Chinese medical universities and explains the methods and significance of cultivating talents with traditional Chinese medicine culture.[Results]Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has condensed the school motto that is rich in traditional Chinese medicine culture,has built the campus building highlighting traditional Chinese medicine culture,and expanded the campus practice base rich in traditional Chinese medicine culture to create a good atmosphere of traditional Chinese medicine culture.By means of integrating the ideological and political education of traditional Chinese medicine culture,strengthening the professional and traditional culture education,and cultivating the innovative thinking and ability to carry out discipline construction.Carry out Chinese medicine cultural education activities to edify and guide,and build a platform for Chinese medicine cultural education activities to expand the Chinese medicine cultural platform.Formulate policies and regulations of traditional Chinese medicine to give full play to the guarantee system of traditional Chinese medicine culture.For Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,which inherits and develops the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the talents of traditional Chinese medicine with creative thinking and innovative ability are the basic foundation and historical mission to construct the first-class Chinese medical university.The entrepreneurship and innovation education of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has become the“booster”for the great development and pros
