摘  要:为适应临床安全的需求,在教学过程中把相关操作并发症的发生、发展过程设计成问题,让学生查阅资料,再进行PBL学习,旨在提高其临床麻醉操作的安全意识与技能操作水平。学生通过以麻醉技能操作并发症为问题导向的PBL学习,显著提高技能水平,并有效改掉麻醉操作过程中的不良习惯。通过调查问卷反馈发现,学生认为以麻醉技能操作并发症为问题导向的PBL教学体验与教学效果良好。In order to meet the demand for clinical safety,the occurrence and development of relevant operational complications were designed as problems in the teaching process,and students were required to consult the information and engage in problem-based learning(PBL)to improve the safety awareness and skills of clinical anaesthesia operations.Through using PBL learning with anesthesia skill operation-related complications as the problem-oriented approach,students significantly improved their skills and effectively corrected bad habits during anaesthesia operations.Feedback from the questionnaires showed that the students had a positive experience and perceived good teaching effectiveness with the PBL teaching approach based on the anesthesia skill operation-related complications as the problem orientation.
