康复案例结合护理技术工作坊在神经康复护理实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：采用便利抽样法,选择我院2020年7月至2022年4月在康复科实习的88名护生为研究对象,并分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法,观察组采用康复案例结合护理技术工作坊模式,探讨康复案例结合护理技术工作坊在神经康复护理实践教学中的应用效果。实践表明,康复案例结合护理技术工作坊应用于神经康复护理实践教学中,能够提高实习护生的专科理论及操作考核成绩,有利于培养护生的护理临床决策能力,可为康复护理临床实践培训提供新思路。In this paper,88 nursing students who practiced in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method and divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method,while the observation group adopted the rehabilitation case combined with nursing technology workshop mode.This study aims to explore the application effectiveness of rehabilitation cases combined with nursing technology workshop in the practical teaching of neurorehabilitation nursing.The results showed that the application of the rehabilitation cases combined with nursing technology workshops in the practice teaching of neurological rehabilitation nursing can improve the professional theory and operation assessment scores of nursing students,which is conducive to the cultivation of nursing students'clinical decision-making ability,and can provide new ideas for rehabilitation nursing clinical practice training.
