摘  要:从乡村振兴战略实施需要大量高素质基层药学服务人才视角出发,针对当前高职药学教育产教融合存在的问题,从实现药学人才培养与行业企业供需对接、提高学生对基层药学岗位接受度、丰富高职药学专业产教融合发展内涵3个方面,明确高职院校构建基层药师培养共同体的必要性和紧迫性,并提出构建路径,即校企共建合作平台、共定人才培养方案、共建教学资源、互派教学人员、同谋质控评价。From the perspective of the need for a large number of high-quality grassroots pharmaceutical service personnel in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and in response to the current problems in the integration of industry and education in pharmaceutical higher vocational education,the necessity and urgency of building a community for grassroots pharmacist training in higher vocational colleges are clarified from three aspects:achieving the integration of pharmaceutical personnel cultivation with industry and enterprise supply and demand,improving students′acceptance of grassroots pharmaceutical positions,and enriching the connotation of the integration of industry and education in pharmaceutical higher vocational majors.And propose a way for document construction,which includes jointly building a cooperation platform between colleges and enterprises,jointly developing personnel training plans,jointly building teaching resources,exchanging teaching personnel,and colluding in quality control evaluation.
