摘  要:目的构建适合助产学专业本科生的早期接触临床(ECE)教学模式,并评价其应用效果。方法采用ECE教学模式对助产学专业学生进行实践教学,采用临床思维能力评价量表、专业认同问卷、职业价值观调查问卷及质性访谈的方式评价教学效果。结果学生ECE考核成绩为(93.50±2.15)分;92.5%的学生对ECE教学模式非常满意、比较满意;ECE教学后学生的专业认同问卷得分高于ECE教学前(P<0.05)。结论ECE教学模式具有科学性和可行性,有利于基础理论与临床实践相结合,提高学生护患沟通能力及专业认同感,树立正确的人生观。Objective To construct an early clinical exposure(ECE)teaching model suitable for undergraduates majoring in midw-ifery,and to evaluate its application effect.Methods The ECE teaching mode was implemented in practical mathematics for midwifery students,and the teaching effect was evaluated by Clinical Thinking Ability Evaluation Scale,Professional Identity Questionnaire,Professional Value Questionnaire and qualitative interviews.Results The average score for students′ECE assessment was(93.50±2.15);92.5%of the students were satisfied or very satisfied with the ECE teaching model.The scores of the Professional Identity Questionnaire of students after ECE teaching were higher than that of pre-ECE teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The ECE teaching mode is scientific and feasible,facilitating the integration of basic theory and clinical practice.It improves students′nursing-patient communication ability and professional identity,and cultivating a proper worldview.
