摘  要:加快培养跨界融合型人才,这是新文科背景下更好适应信息技术发展和多学科交叉融合的必然要求。金融专业人才培养要紧跟时代发展趋势,大力培养适应社会需要的跨越学科专业界限的人才,以充分发挥金融的社会服务功能。文章结合福建江夏学院“跨界融合”金融人才培养的实践,全面剖析新文科建设背景下应用型本科高校“跨界融合”金融人才培养过程中所存在的主要问题,并从专业架构、课程体系、师资队伍和实践平台等方面探讨对策建议,以切实推进应用型本科高校“跨界融合”金融人才培养更上一层楼。Accelerating the training of cross-border and integrated talents is an inevitable requirement to better adapt to the development of information technology and the cross integration of multiple disciplines under the background of new liberal arts.The training of financial professionals should keep up with the development trend of the times and vigorously cultivate talents who can meet the needs of society and cross the disciplinary and professional boundaries,so as to give full play to the social service function of finance.Based on the practice of"cross-border integration"financial talent training in Fujian Jiangxia University,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main problems existing in the process of"cross-border integration"financial talent training in application-oriented universities under the background of new liberal arts construction,and probes into countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of professional structure,curriculum system,teachers and practice platform,so as to effectively promote the"cross-border integration"financial talent training in application-oriented universities to a higher level.
