摘  要:表现性评价促进育人本质的回归,强调“为学习评价”而不是“对学习评价”,关注学生的综合表现。表现性评价的优势在于:尊重学生主体,回归教育本质;重视做人品质,强调做事能力;激发学习兴趣,发掘内在潜能。实施表现性评价要做到:学校变革评价体系,开展跨学科主题学习;教师理解评价本质,把握育人价值;学生明确学习目的,重视自主建构。Performance assessment promotes the return of the essence of education,emphasizes“assessment for learning”rather than“assessment for learning”,and pays attention to the comprehensive performance of students.The advantage of performance assessment lies in the following aspects:respecting students’main body and returning to the essence of education;paying to pay attention to the quality of life and emphasizing the ability to do things;stimulating learning interest and exploring the inner potential.The implementation of performance assessment should be as follows:schools should change the evaluation system and carry out interdisciplinary learning;teachers understand the essence of assessment and grasp the value of education;students clearly understand the purpose of learning and attach importance to independent construction.
