摘　　要：介绍了食品添加剂石蜡生产技术研发及工业化应用情况,对高质量食品添加剂石蜡的指标要求及产品应用关系进行剖析,找出了影响食品添加剂石蜡合格指标的关键因素,解决了嗅味指标不大于0号的技术难题,制定出完善优化的食品添加剂石蜡加工生产流程和生产方案,通过高压加氢工艺技术路线,生产出了符合客户需求的石蜡产品,实现效益最大化,提高产品市场占有率。This paper introduced the research and development of production technology and industrial application of food additive paraffin,analyzed the relationship between the index requirements of high-quality food additive paraffin and product application,found out the key factors which affect the qualified index of food additive paraffin,solved the technical problem that the odor index was not greater than No.0,and developed perfect and optimized production process and production plan of food additive paraffin.Through the high pressure hydrogenation process technology route,we produced paraffin products that met the needs of customers,therefore maximized the benefits and improved the market share of products.
