摘 要:基于理念导引、模式变革、行业驱动“一体两翼”背景,结合交通运输专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,探讨交通运输专业学位研究生多维立体协同育人模式。当前,交通运输专业学位研究生培养中存在课程体系和培养环节专业性不足、人才培养与行业发展的适配性不足、“双导师制”作用发挥不够、技能实践平台体系支撑不够等问题,因此,要建立深化校企校地校政合作强化立体协同培养、推进核心变革抓住关键培养和构建立体实践体系强化实践培养于一体的多维立体协同育人体系.Based on the background of“One Body and Two Wings”of concept guidance,mode change and industry driving,and combined with the problems in the training process,this paper discusses the multi-di-mensional three-dimensional collaborative education mode for the graduate students of transportation major.In general,there are some problems in the training of postgraduates majoring in transportation.The curricu-lum system and training links are not professional enough,the talent training is not suitable for the industry development,the role of the“double tutorial system”is not played enough,and the skills practice platform system is not supported enough.Combined with the existing problems and practical needs,this paper propos-es a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional collaborative education model integrating the deepening of school enterprise,school land and school government cooperation,promoting core reform,grasping key train-ing,and building a three-dimensional practice system to strengthen practical training.
