摘　　要：课程思政是强化大学生思政教育的主要途径之一,为了更好地凸显“课程思政”的立德树人、协同育人之效果,有必要将思政元素全程贯穿于教学环节中。医学免疫学是医学类专业的核心基础课,亟需根据医学免疫学的课程特点,坚持“价值引领”与“知识传授”的同行并重,在课程思政的引导之下,深入开展医学免疫学的教学改革工作,进而培养出一大批社会需要的高素质医学人才。文章首先分析了课程思政视域下准确把握医学免疫学教学改革的基本原则,其次开展了“1233”医学免疫学课程思政教学设计;同时深入探讨了“1233”医学免疫学课程思政的教学实施路径:其一,采用多种教学模式;其二,采取多元化教学评价。最后说明了“1233”医学免疫学课程思政教学改革的实施效果:“1233”课程思政教学改革在医学免疫学中应用效果较佳,可全面推动学生实现高质量发展。Curriculum ideological and political education is one of the main ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students.In order to better highlight the effect of "curriculum ideological and political education",it is necessary to run through the ideological and political elements in the teaching process.Medical immunology is the core basic course for medical majors.According to the characteristics of medical immunology curriculum,it is urgent to adhere to the equal emphasis of "value guidance" and "knowledge transmission".Under the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics,the teaching reform of medical immunology should be further carried out,so as to cultivate a large number of high-quality medical talents needed by society.The article first analyzes the basic principles of accurately grasping the reform of medical immunology teaching under the ideological and political view of the curriculum,and then carries out the design of "1233" medical immunology course ideological and political teaching.At the same time,it deeply discusses the teaching and implementation of "1233" medical immunology course ideology and politics:first,adopt a variety of teaching models,second,adopt diversified teaching evaluation.Finally,the implementation effect of "1233" medical immunology course ideological and political teaching reform is explained:"1233" course ideological and political teaching reform in medical immunology has a good application effect,which can comprehensively promote students to achieve high-quality development.
