摘  要:超声住院医师规范化培训是以同质化培养具有岗位胜任力的超声住院医师为宗旨的医学生毕业后教育。超声专业住院医师规范化培训又有其独特之处,不仅要着眼于学员超声基础理论知识和临床思维能力的建立,也要重视实际超声操作技能的培训。为提高超声专业住院医师规范化培训操作技能培训质量,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院超声医学基地设计了基础操作带教,床旁带教,督导式带教和独立操作渐进式分级教学体系,提出超声住培生专科技能培养途径、教学方案和内容,总结各级教学途径中的有效技巧,旨在增强超声专业住培生专科技能教学的规范性,提高其培养质量。The standardized training of residents is an important measure to cultivate medical professional talents of high quality and improve the medical level in our country.The standardized training of residents in the department of ultrasound has its special characteristics.The introduction of hierarchical training mode into the operation skills in standardized training of ultrasound residents should have good prospects.The hierarchical training system included basic operation skills teaching,bedside teaching,supervised practice teaching and independent operation.Under the support and exploration of all aspects,hierarchical training mode would be able to play a role adequately,which makes the ultrasound resident standardized training work better.
