摘　　要：目的 探讨计划(plan)-执行(do)-检查(check)-处理(action)(PDCA)循环结合多元化培训在临床护士护理技能培训中应用的效果。方法 选取惠州市某三级甲等综合医院妇产科36名护士为研究对象,采用PDCA循环结合多元化培训方法(小组合作、床旁训练、专题讲座)进行培训。培训后采用理论考核、操作技能考核和满意度调查培训效果。结果 培训后临床护士理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训后护士对培训效果评价得分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 PDCA循环结合多元化培训可增强护士小组合作意识,提高护士临床工作思维和综合能力,深化护士以患者为中心的服务理念,提高护士对培训的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle combined with diversified training in nursing skills training of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 36 nurses from the obstetrics and gynecology department of a Grade A general hospital in Huizhou were selected as the study subjects.The PDCA cycle was combined with a variety of training methods(group cooperation,bedside training,special lectures).After the training,theoretical assessment,operational skill assessment and satisfaction survey were used to investigate the training effect.After the training,theoretical assessment,operational skill assessment and satisfaction survey were used to investigate the training effect.Results The theoretical and operational scores of clinical nurses after training were higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The evaluation score of nurses after training was higher than that before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with diversified training can enhance nurses'teamwork consciousness,improve nurses'clinical work thinking and comprehensive ability,deepen nurses'patient-centered service concept,and improve nurses'satisfaction with training.
