摘 要:目的调查郑州市农田土壤和白菜中的四环素类抗生素(TCs)含量,并对白菜中TCs污染进行膳食风险评估。方法采用液质联用方法,测定2021年郑州市32份土壤样品和28份白菜样品中的三种TCs含量,包括四环素(TC)、土霉素(OTC)和金霉素(CTC)。结果土壤中TC、OTC和CTC的检出率分别为56.25%、84.38%和75.00%,TC、OTC和CTC的平均浓度分别为49.61、90.34和45.73μg/kg,以OTC为主要污染物。白菜样品中TC均未达到方法检出限,OTC的检出率为53.57%,CTC的检出率为21.43%,OTC和CTC的平均浓度分别为1.44μg/kg和0.51μg/kg。土壤和白菜中TCs检出率均为OTC>CTC>TC。健康风险评估表明研究区域内人群每日最大TCs摄入量远小于可接受的限定值(1800 g/d)。与其他白菜种类相比,部分地区小白菜中OTC的生物富集因子(BCF)>1,表明小白菜可能属于易富集OTC的蔬菜。结论郑州市的农田土壤TCs污染在全国范围内属于中等水平,日常白菜膳食摄入不造成TCs健康风险,但仍需要加强农田土壤和蔬菜中TCs含量的监测。Objective To monitor the residues of tetracycline antibiotics(TCAs)in farmland soil and cabbage in Zhengzhou,and assess the dietary risk of TCAs residue in cabbage vegetables.Methods The three TCAs including tetracycline(TC),oxytetracycline(OTC)and chlortetracycline(CTC)were analyzed in 32 soils and 28 cabbage samples by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer in Zhengzhou in 2021.Results TC,OTC and CTC residues were detected in 56.25%,84.38%,and 75.00%of soil samples,respectively.The average concentration of TC,OTC and CTC were 49.61,90.34,and 45.73μg/kg,respectively,and OTC was the major residue in soil.TC residue in cabbage samples did not reach the detection limit of the method,and OTC and CTC residues were detected in 53.57%and 21.43%of cabbage samples,respectively.The average concentration of CTC and OTC were 1.44μg/kg and 0.51μg/kg in vegetable samples,respectively.The detection rate of TCAs in soil and cabbage samples followed the same order:OTC>CTC>TC.Health risk assessment suggested that the maximum human consumption amount of TCAs was well below the acceptable daily intake values(1800μg/d).Additionally,the results indicated that the bioaccumulation factors of OTC in baby cabbage were above 1 in some regions,suggesting that baby cabbage might have a high accumulation capacity for the OTC.Conclusions TCAs pollution exists in farmland soil of Zhengzhou,and the average of concentration of TCAs belonged to a moderate level all over the country.The daily cabbage intakes were not sufficient to cause the health risk of TCAs.However,it is necessary to monitor the concentration of TCAs in farmrland soils and vegetables.
