重建道德关系:道德教育的困境与出路——基于对“无德而富”问题的忧思

摘  要:“无德而富”现象发端于属人道德关系的断裂,为践履道德教育的时代担当,整体重建道德关系无疑是道德教育的时代命题。由此出发重审道德教育实践,可以明确道德关系之于道德教育的重要意义:它不仅能够促进人的道德共识适时变化,使德育目的具备恒常性;也能够纠正由过度制度化带来的陌生人社会这一不良现状,有利于支持适宜德育工作开展的“制度化的熟人空间”;还能够推动德育方式走出“独白”的困境。基于此,道德教育应积极重建以关心为核心内涵、以交往为实践场域、以教师为示范主体的道德关系,为道德教育的困境超越探索可能路径。The phenomenon of"wealth without morality"originated from the rupture of the moral relationship of people.To fulfll the responsibility of the times in moral education,the overall reconstruction of moral relationships is undoubtedly the mission of the era.Therefore,reviewing the practice of moral education can clarify the important significance of moral relations in moral education:it can not only promote timely changes in people's moral consensus,but also make the purpose of moral education constant;it can also correct the negative situation of stranger society caused by excessive institutionalization,which is conducive to supporting the"institutionalized acquaintance space"suitable for moral education work;it can also promote moral education methods to overcome the dilemma of"monologue".Based on this point,moral education should actively rebuild a moral relationship with care as the core connotation,communication as the practical field,and teachers as the demonstration subject,so as to explore possible paths for the dilemma of moral education.
