摘 要:随着可控震源高效采集技术的推广应用,可控震源施工作业强度加大,施工作业区地形复杂,加上震源车特殊的车体结构导致其存在较大的驾驶视野盲区,组合作业时易发生车辆碰撞风险。为避免作业过程中的碰撞风险,保障可控震源施工作业过程安全,需要借助一些安全辅助驾驶技术来保障可控震源的作业。文中提出一种可控震源防碰撞系统,该系统基于毫米波和红外探测技术,精确识别障碍物信息,结合组队交互信息及GPS精确定位技术,控制液压驱动系统减速。此系统可以有效保障可控震源在不同施工方式、不同作业环境、不同组合作业中避免与障碍物发生碰撞,在提高施工效率的同时保证作业安全。With the popularization and application of seismic vibrator efficient acquisition technology,the intensity of vibrator construction is increased,the terrain in the construction area is complex,and the special body structure of the vibrator vehicle leads to a large blind area of driving vision,which is prone to the risk of vehicle collision during combined operation.In order to avoid the risk of collision in the operation process and ensure the safety of the vibrator construction operation process,it is necessary to use some safe auxiliary driving technology to ensure the operation of the vibrator.In this paper,a seismic vibrator anti-collision system is proposed,which is based on millimeter wave and infrared detection technology to accurately identify the obstacle information,combined with team interaction information and GPS precise positioning technology to control the deceleration of the hydraulic drive system.This system can effectively ensure that vibrator can avoid collision with obstacles in different construction methods,different operation environments and different combination operations,and ensure operation safety while improving construction efficiency.
