摘  要:在职业教育数字化转型背景下,优质的师资队伍是加快职业院校高质量发展的关键。通过对“双师型”教师培养生态系统进行外部生态种群和内部生态因子分析发现,“双师型”教师培养存在院校设备资源匮乏、校企培养模式落后、教师培养标准不一致和教师素养结构失衡等生态问题。因此,根据生态学理论,应把控教师层次标准、完善学校基础设施、搭建校企培训平台、完善教师素养结构。In the context of digital transformation of vocational education,high-quality teachers are the key to accelerate the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Through analyzing the external ecological population and internal ecological factors of the"dual qualified"teacher training ecosystem,it was found that there are ecological problems in China's vocational education training of"dual qualified"teacher,such as a lack of institutional equipment resources,outdated school enterprise training models,inconsistent teacher training standards,and imbalanced teacher literacy structure.Therefore,according to ecological theory,it is necessary to regulate the level standards of teachers,improve school infrastructure,build school enterprise training platforms,and improve the structure of teacher literacy.
