摘  要:设计了在白杨素分子中引入水溶性羟乙基基团合成7-羟乙基白杨素的自主设计性实验。实验涉及新药设计理论、实验方案制定、醚类化合物的合成,过滤、洗涤、柱层析纯化、重结晶等步骤。同时,实验设计中对目标产物的化学结构和纯度进行了波谱学表征,学生能够将核磁共振、红外波谱、高分辨质谱、高效液相色谱等理论知识付诸实践,提升学生的自主探究能力和科研创新能力,实现理解理论知识、掌握实验技能、发展创新思维的综合目标。A self-designed experiment was designed to introduce water-soluble hydroxyethyl group into the molecule of chrysin to synthesize 7-hydroxyethyl chrysin.The experiment involved using the new drug design theory to formulate the experimental scheme,the synthesis method of ether compounds,filtration,washing,column chromatography purification,recrystallization and other steps.At the same time,the chemical structure and purity of the target product were characterized and detected by spectroscopy in the experimental design.The students could put the theoretical knowledge of nuclear magnetic resonance,infrared spectroscopy,high-resolution mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography into practice,improve students'independent research ability and scientific research innovation ability,so as to achieve the comprehensive goal of understanding of theoretical knowledge,mastering experimental skills and developing of innovative thinking.
