摘 要:为改善我院分析化学实验的教学效果,笔者将数字图片比色法(digital image colorimetriy,DIC)引入经典分析实验“邻二氮菲分光光度法测定铁的含量”实验,在本科实验中进行了设计性实验教学的探索。该实验教学方式培养了学生的创新精神,提高了其专业实践能力。通过本实验将前沿科学科技手段引入本科实验教学中,将其理论及实验技术转化成为新的学生实验项目,学生科研视野得到提升,满足培养药学专业人才培养的需求。In order to improve the teaching effect of Analytical Chemistry experiment in our college,the digital image colorimetriy method was introduced into the classical analytical experiment“determination of iron content by odiazepine spectrophotometry”experiment,and the exploration on the design experiment teaching in the undergraduate experiment was carried out.This experimental teaching method cultivated students'innovative spirit and improved their professional practical abilities.Through this experiment,cutting-edge scientific and technological methods were introduced into undergraduate experimental teaching,transforming their theories and experimental techniques into new student experimental projects,enhancing students'research perspectives and meeting the needs of cultivating pharmaceutical professionals.
