摘 要:发展性评估是一种新型的评估理念,广泛运用于改进教学和促进学生发展的教育活动之中。江苏省田家炳系列学校发展性评估建立了完备的评估指标体系,重视过程评估,全面发挥评估的诊断和改进功能。通过对自评报告和评估报告的梳理与分析可知,学校在办学条件、立德树人、课程建设和教育科研等方面取得了显著成效,但在学校发展规划、师资队伍建设、课堂教学改革和学校文化建设等方面仍需改进,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,以期提高学校整体办学水平。Developmental evaluation is a new type of evaluation concept,which is widely used in educational activities to improve teaching and promote the development of students.The developmental evaluation of Tian Jiabing experimental schools in Jiangsu Province has established a complete evaluation index system,attached importance to process evaluation,and fully played the diagnosis and improvement functions of evaluation.Through the combing and analysis of the self-evaluation report and evaluation report,it can be seen that the school has achieved remarkable results in terms of school-running conditions,moral education,curriculum construction and education research.However,it still needs to be improved in terms of school development planning,teacher team building,classroom teaching reform and school culture construction.On this basis,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the overall school-running level of the school.
