摘　　要：博士教育质量是衡量高等教育发展水平的重要维度,直接关系着国家的科技创新力和高等教育的国际竞争力,也是衡量高校办学水平的关键指标。地方高校的博士教育相对于部属高校处于“底部”部分,其质量直接影响着我国博士教育的整体水平。随着“双一流”建设的开展,地方高校博士教育的规模也呈现出较快的扩大态势,但其发展面临着诸多的挑战,如学术资源的支持度相对欠缺,培养模式较为单一,培养主体的多元性不足等。为提升培养效能,促进地方高校博士教育的高质量发展,迫切需要加大博士教育投入的支持力度,优化博士教育的培养机制,推进博士培育中政产学研多主体的协同。The quality of doctoral education is an important dimension to measure the development level of higher education,which is directly related to the country's scientific and technological innovation ability and the international competitiveness of higher education,and also a key index to measure the level of college-running.Compared with the subordinate colleges and universities,the doctoral education in local colleges and universities is in the“bottom”part of higher education system,and its quality directly affects the whole level of doctoral education in China.With the development of“Double First-class”construction,the scale of doctoral education in local colleges and universities has also shown a rapid expansion trend,but its development is faced with many challenges,such as the relative lack of support for academic resources,the single training mode,and the lack of diversity of training subjects.In order to improve the training efficiency and promote the high-quality development of doctoral education in local colleges and universities,it is urgent to increase the support of investment in doctoral education,optimize the training mechanism of doctoral education,and promote the cooperation of multi-subjects,such as government,industry,university and research in doctoral training.
