摘 要:“双师型”教师队伍建设是高等职业教育人才培养目标定位对教师素养提出的必然要求,也是产教融合大背景下社会生产对高职院校人才培养提出的基本要求,做强“双师”队伍,培养“双能”教师已然成为当前各高职院校师资队伍建设的工作重点。针对高职人文素养课“双师型”教师培养的薄弱点,从“双师型”教师队伍建设的时代意涵、目标建构与路径探索三个方面入手,深入分析政策理论背景,提出建立长效机制、制定标准、配套激励机制、搭建实践平台、更新教师观念等方法和途径,以期强化人文素养课“双师型”队伍建设。The construction of“Double-Qualified”teachers'team is an inevitable requirement for teachers'quality in the orientation of talent training in higher vocational education,and it is also the basic requirement of social production for talent training in higher vocational colleges in the context of production-education integration.Building a strong“Double-Qualified”team and training“Double-Qualified”teachers have become the focus of the construction of teachers'team in higher vocational colleges.In view of the weak points of the cultivation of“Double-Qualified”teachers in humanistic quality courses of higher vocational education,this paper starts from the three aspects of era meaning,goal construction and path exploration of the construction of“Double-Qualified”teachers,deeply analyzes the background of policy theory,and proposes the methods and ways of establishing long-term mechanism,formulating standards,supporting incentive mechanism,building practical platform and updating teachers'concepts,so as to strengthen the construction of“Double-Qualified”teacher teams in humanistic quality courses.
