乡村振兴背景下高职院校培养高素质农民队伍的困境与路径研究

摘　　要：随着经济的不断发展,我国越来越重视乡村建设,实施乡村振兴战略。为振兴农村,必须努力培训高素质农民。高等职业学校是中国重要的教育机构,可以培育新型专业化农民,帮助农民掌握更多的农业知识,将农业知识应用于农业或畜牧业,使农民获得更多的经济效益,为振兴乡村作出贡献。农民不断进步是高等职业学校培养学生的目标,在乡村振兴战略影响下,高职院校也转变方向,通过不断寻找培养人才的新途径,以适应新时代的需求。高职院校的发展要与乡村振兴相联系,为乡村振兴提供更好的服务,促进高职院校的发展。在乡村振兴战略背景下,该文针对高职院校培养高素质农民队伍中遇到的相关问题,提出解决办法。作为乡村振兴战略的一部分,分析高职院校为培训高素质农民、提高农业收入,并为实现农村全面发展而采取的措施。With the continuous development of economy,our country pays more and more attention to rural construction and implements the rural revitalization plan.In order to revitalize the countryside,we must make great efforts to train high-quality farmers.Higher vocational schools are important educational institutions in China,which can cultivate a new type of specialized peasant,help farmers master more agricultural knowledge,apply agricultural knowledge to agriculture or animal husbandry,and enable farmers to obtain more economic benefits,to contribute to the revitalization of the countryside.The continuous progress of farmers is the goal of training students in higher vocational schools.Under the influence of the strategy of rural revitalization,vocational colleges have also changed their direction by constantly looking for new ways to train talents in order to meet the needs of the new era.The development of vocational colleges should be linked with rural revitalization to provide better services for rural revitalization and promote the development of vocational colleges.In the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper combines the related problems encountered in the training of high-quality farmers in vocational colleges,and puts forward some solutions.As a part of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the measures taken by vocational colleges to train high-quality farmers,improve agricultural income,and realize the all-round development of rural areas.
