摘 要:随着我国英语能力测评体系建设的推进,《中国英语能力等级量表》对英语教师教学和评价实践的影响日益显现。通过对5位一线英语教师一对一的深入访谈,调查他们学习、应用和研究《量表》的情况和《量表》对其语言评价素养的影响。研究发现,在知识、能力、原则及态度4个维度,《量表》的理论学习和评价实践会对英语教师的语言评价素养产生积极影响,教学经历和授课学段是其中的干预因素。建议充分发挥《量表》的指导性价值,切实提升英语教师的语言评价素养和评价者身份认同。For the purpose of promoting the construction of the foreign language proficiency assessment system,the China's Standards of English Language Ability(CSE)was jointly released by the Ministry of Education of China and the National Language Commission of China as the first national standard for Chinese English as a Foreign Language(EFL)learners in 2018.Since then,many studies have assessed the reliability and validity of the CSE and its alignment with other international language proficiency assessment standards.However,less is known about how the CSE impacts English language teachers,who are key stakeholders in any language assessment.To explore how the CSE impacts frontline English teachers'language assessment literacy,we conducted in-depth interviews with five frontline English teachers at each educational stage to understand their learning,application,and research of the CSE.The research context for this study was an online virtual teaching and researching office where five English teachers,working as a team,were conducting a teaching reform project on English assessment standards.The teachers gathered monthly for an online seminar for four months;the four seminars had two phases:learning theories and practising assessment.For the first two seminars and the first-phase learning theories,the teachers individually studied eight key articles(one per week)and chapters related to the frontiers of the CSE.Then,as a group,the teachers exchanged learning gains and difficulties in the first two seminars.The second phase of the practising assessment covered the third and fourth months.In each of those months,the five teachers individually assessed the English ability of students in their classes based on the CSE.In total,the five teachers practised ten Chinese EFL learners'assessments(two assessments per teacher,one each month)based on the CSE.At the end of each month,all teachers discussed the problems encountered during the assessment process via online seminars.With the consent of the online virtual teaching and resea
