摘 要:针对行星齿轮在恒速、恒负载条件下局部断齿故障难以分析的问题,以行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象,利用能量法建立正常及具有局部断齿故障的齿轮刚度激励模型,通过改变齿轮断齿的长度求得在该条件下的刚度激励并进行对比分析,从而明确故障发生的机理;考虑行星齿轮刚度激励及啮合相位的影响,利用集中参数理论(Lumped Parameter Theory,LPT)建立相应的动力学模型;将求得的刚度激励代入建立的行星齿轮动力学模型,同时在MATLAB中利用自带的ode15s求解器进行求解。最后针对太阳轮y向振动的时域图像及其Fourier变换的频域图像进行分析,得出系统在出现不同程度的故障时的状态变化。该方法可较为准确地判断系统是否存在断齿故障以及断齿故障的严重程度。The difficult problem to diagnose the local broken tooth fault of planetary gear transmission system under the condition of constant speed and load is studied.The gear stiffness excitation model of the normal planetary gear transmission system and the one of faulted planetary gear transmission system with local broken gear teeth are established respectively based on energy method.By changing the length of the broken gear teeth,the stiffness excitations under the two conditions are obtained and compared mutually to clarify the mechanism of fault occurrence.Then,considering the effects of the planetary gear stiffness excitation and meshing phase,the corresponding dynamics model is established using Lumped Parameter Theory(LPT).Substituting the obtained stiffness excitation into the established planetary gear dynamics model,the self-contained ode15s solver in MATLAB is used to get the result.Finally,the time-domain image of the y-direction vibration of the sun wheel and the frequency-domain image of its Fourier transform are analyzed to derive the state change of the system when different degrees of failure occurs.This method can determine more accurately whether there is a broken tooth fault in the system and the severity of the tooth damage fault.
