基于1+X证书制度的高职“物流管理基础”课程教学改革的研究

摘　　要：文章基于1+X证书制度下“物流管理基础”课程的教学改革研究,以原有课程内容为基础,融入1+X证书制度考核内容和评价标准,首先分析了该门课程现阶段存在的问题及其产生的原因,并以此为基础展开教改研究;对该课程的教学内容、信息化教学手段、教学设计、课程考核评价等内容进行再开发和再设计,更新教学理念,融入岗课赛证开展重点教学,实现三全育人,使教学更具针对性,从而达到强化教学质量、提高证书通过率、提升学生综合素养的教学效果。The paper is based on the teaching reform research of the"Fundamentals of Logistics Management"course under the 1+X certificate system.Based on the original course content,it integrates the assessment content and evaluation standards of the 1+X certificate system.Firstly,it analyzes the current problems and their causes of the course,and carries out teaching reform research based on this.Then,the paper redevelops and redesigns the teaching content,information-based teaching methods,teaching design,course assessment and evaluation of the course,updates the teaching philosophy,integrates the key teaching of on-the-job course competition certification,achieves the goal of three comprehensive education,makes teaching more targeted,and achieves the teaching effect of improving teaching quality,improving certificate passing rate,and improving students'comprehensive literacy.
