摘  要:利用GT-Power软件仿真探讨了降低排气门升程、提前和推迟排气正时、提前进气正时4种方式形成的内部废气再循环(EGR)对汽油燃烧和性能的影响。仿真结果表明,随着内部EGR率的增加,4种方式的发动机燃烧重心均推迟,燃烧持续期均延迟。但4种方式在形成相同的内部EGR率时,提前进气正时使发动机燃烧重心推迟更明显,燃烧持续期增长也更多,缸内燃烧温度最低,因此传热损失也最小,另外提前进气正时后泵气损失也最小,所以提前进气正时形成的内部EGR油耗更低,减少了22%。CT Power software is used to simulate and discuss the influence of intermal ECR formed by reducing exhaust valve lift,ad-vancing and delaying exhaust valve timing,and advancing intake timing on gasoline combustion and performance.The simulation re-sults show that with the increase of internal ECR rate,the combustion center of gravity and combustion duration are delayed under the four modes.However,when the four methods form the same intermal ECR rate,the combustion center of gravity under the intake tim-ing delays more obviously,the combustion duration increases more,and the combustion temperature in the cylinder is the lowest,50 the heat transfer loss is minimal.In addition,the pumping loss under the intake timing is also minimal,so the intermal ECR fuel com-sumption formed by the intake timing is lower,improved by 22%.
