摘  要:目的通过1例经基因检测确诊为进行性骨干发育不良(progressive diaphyseal dysplasia,PDD)的病例,分析PDD^(99)Tc m-MDP全身骨显像特征。方法收集患者临床资料、检验及影像学检查结果,结合相关文献,探讨进行性骨干发育不良^(99)Tc m-MDP全身骨显像影像特征。结果进行性骨干发育不良患者全身骨显像阳性,颅底骨及四肢长骨对称性、弥漫性、不均匀性显像剂分布增高。结论PDD全身骨显像表现为病变骨骼显像剂分布明显增高,全身骨显像能为该病诊断提供全面有效的影像学依据,对于本病诊断及疗效监测具有重要意义。Objective The whole-body bone imaging characteristics of progressive diaphyseal dysplasia(PDD)^(99)Tc m-MDP were analyzed in a case of PDD confirmed by genetic detection.Methods Clinical data,examination and imaging results of this patient were collected,and combined with relevant literatures.The characteristics of^(99)Tc m-MDP whole-body bone imaging for PDD were evaluated and discussed.Results In the study patient with PDD,the whole-body bone imaging was positive,and the distribution of symmetrical,diffuse and uneven imaging agents were increased in the skull base bone and limb long bone.Conclusion In this case study,total body bone imaging of PDD shows that the distribution of imaging agents of diseased bone is significantly increased.Total body bone imaging can provide comprehensive and effective imaging basis for the diagnosis,and is critical for the diagnosis and efficacy monitoring of this disease.
