摘 要:近年来,高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,其中高职院校学生的就业问题尤为突出。高职院校如何迎接挑战,抓住机遇,是必须直面的问题。通过对高职院校大学生就业过程中存在的院校专业设置与市场需要不符、学生素质培养欠缺、就业指导课程设置不到位等问题的分析,尝试构建高职院校大学生就业核心竞争力培养体系,为进一步促进高职院校大学生就业提供有益帮助。In recent years,with the expansion of college enrollment and the vigorous development of higher vocational colleges,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more severe,especially the employment problem of students in higher vocational colleges.How to meet the challenge and seize the opportunity is a problem that higher vocational colleges must face up to.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the employment process of students in higher vocational colleges,such as the inconformity of the specialty establishment with the market,the lack of quality training of the students,the inadequacy of the curriculum establishment of the employment guidance,etc.This paper tries to construct the training system for the core competitiveness of higher vocational college students in order to provide useful help for further promoting the employment of higher vocational college students.
