摘 要:目的制定TBL、CBL、MDT三位一体教学方式的规范化流程。方法选取2021年6月—2021年9月在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院内分泌科和肾病科轮转的28名实习学生,分为内分泌科组和肾病科组,行入科前考核,然后进行三位一体教学,教学完成后,实施理论和操作考核并使用专业软件进行数据分析,通过后期问卷调查的方式进行教学满意度及教学方式的评估。结果与教学前比较,教学后2组学生成绩均有一定程度提高,且内分泌组学生成绩提高更明显(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,约有75%(21/28)的学生认为新的教学方式有助于他们更好地学习,96%(27/28)的学生表示很满意这种教学方式。结论MDT、TBL、CBL三位一体教学方式有利于提高学生的成绩,可在教学中继续探索改方式的应用,以期提高教学效果。Objective To develop a standardized process of trinity teaching method of TBL,CBL and MDT.Methods From June 2021 to September 2021,28 intern students in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into endocrinology group and nephrology group.They were assessed before entering the department and then taught by trinity teaching method.After the completion of teaching,the theoretical and operational assessment was conducted,and the data was analyzed by professional software.The evaluation of teaching satisfaction and teaching methods was carried out by means of later questionnaire survey.Results Compared with before teaching,the scores of students in the two groups have improved to some extent,and the scores of students in endocrinology group have improved more obviously(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey show that about 75%(21/28)students think that the new teaching method will help them study better,and 96%(27/28)students are satisfied with this teaching method.Conclusion Trinity teaching method of TBL,CBL and MDT is conducive to improving students’grades,and we can continue to explore the application of this method in teaching in order to improve teaching effect.
