摘  要:线上线下混合式课程应用互联网技术等新型教学方法,线上建设中西医结合妇产科学慕课,结合该课程教学特点与翻转课堂的优势,以知识、能力、价值三维目标为导向,构建中西医结合妇产科学线上线下混合式课程,优化教学评价,更好地践行“以教师为主导、以学生为主体”的教育思想,提高教学质量,培养实用型、创新型和可持续发展型医学人才。中西医结合妇产科学被评为省级一流课程、思政示范课程。与传统教学相比,接受混合式课程教学的学生合格率较前稍升高,平均学习成绩明显升高,学习体验较前改善,学习更加投入,合作性学习增多,教学评价更佳。这提示混合式教学模式是正确的教改方向,也为如何打造中西医结合妇科学领域线上线下混合“金课”、获得显著教学成果提供了一定的经验和理论支持。Applying new teaching methods based on internet technology to design online and offline blended curriculum,the author constructed the online course of gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Combining the teaching characteristics of the course with the advantages of flipped classroom,and guided by the three-dimensional goals of knowledge,ability and value,the online and offline blended course of gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is constructed,in order to optimize teaching evaluation,better practice the educational thought of“teachers as the leading factor and students as the main body”,improve teaching quality and cultivate practical,innovative and sustainable medical talents.Gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was rated as provincial first-class course and ideological and political demonstration course.Compared with traditional teaching,the pass rate of students who accept the blended course teaching is slightly higher than before,the average academic performance is significantly higher,the learning experience is improved,the learning is more engaged,the cooperative learning is increased,and the teaching evaluation is better.These indicate that the blended teaching mode is the correct direction of teaching reform and also provide certain experience and theoretical support for how to create a“golden course”in the field of gynecology and obstetrics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and obtained significant teaching results.
