摘 要:住院医师规范化培训是医学生向临床医师角色转变的重要阶段,也是培养临床素养及临床诊疗思维的关键时期。肿瘤科是新兴的临床学科,它建立于原有的临床学科基础之上,并具有其独特的学科特点。在肿瘤科住培医师教学中,需要采取创新的教学法将基础医学知识与肿瘤学实践相结合,提高住培医师肿瘤学专业领域知识水平及临床应用能力。近期,中国医科大学附属盛京医院肿瘤科在住培医师临床教学中,采用多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)联合基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)+基于案例学习(casebased learning,CBL)双轨教学法,由教师带领住培医师从问题出发、以临床案例为落脚点、通过多学科讨论,分步骤、分阶段地对某一肿瘤的专业知识进行系统整合、归纳学习。这一教学法取得了较好的教学效果,能够充分发挥住培医师的主观能动性及团队协作能力,提高住培医师肿瘤学基础知识应用及临床思维能力,为肿瘤科的住院医师规范化培训的教学法提供新的参考模型。The standardized training of resident physicians is an important stage in the transformation of medical students to the role of clinicians.It is also a key period for cultivating clinical literacy and clinical diagnosis-treatment thinking.Oncology is an emerging clinical discipline which is based on the original clinical discipline and has its unique disciplinary characteristics.During the process of teaching oncology physicians,it is necessary to adopt an innovative teaching method to combine basic medical knowledge with oncology practice to improve the knowledge level and clinical application ability of oncology specialties.Recently,in the clinical teaching of the standardized physicians,the MDT combined with PBL-CBL dual-track teaching method has effectively improved the teaching quality in the department of clinical oncology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University.Teachers lead the resident physicians to start from problems,take the clinical case as the basis,and finally conduct a multidisciplinary discussion,so as to systematically integrate and summarize the professional knowledge of a tumor in steps and stages.This teaching method can enhance learning participation and help to improve team cooperation of the training physicians,improve the ability of application of basic oncology knowledge and clinical diagnosis-treatment thinking.The MDT combined with PBL-CBL teaching method provides a new model for the standardized training of resident physicians in the oncology department.
