摘  要:乡村教师是推动乡村教育可持续发展的中坚力量,担负着培养乡村社会精英的重任。为研究乡村初任教师扎根本土的现实路径,对乡村初任教师扎根本土现状进行调研。研究发现,乡村初任教师普遍存在职业适应能力不足、乡土扎根意愿淡薄、自我价值感偏低、缺乏乡土文化认同、自我定位迷茫等问题。因此,为更好地促进乡村初任教师扎根本土,需要从体制机制完善、政策制定、待遇提升以及师德建设四个层面进行优化,以期实现乡村初任教师扎根本土的现实目标。Rural teachers are the backbone of promoting the sustainable development of rural education,shouldering the important task of training rural social elites.In order to study the realistic path of rural first-time teachers taking root in the local,the current situation of rural first-time teachers taking root in the local is investigated.The study found that rural beginning teachers generally have problems such as insufficient professional adaptability,weak willingness to take root in the countryside,low self-worth,lack of local cultural identity,and confusion in self-positioning.Therefore,in order to better promote the rural beginning teachers to take root in the local area,it is necessary to optimize the four lev els of institutional mechanism improvement,policy formulation,treatment improvement and teacher ethics construction,in order to achieve the realistic goal of rural beginning teachers taking root in the local area.
