基于物流生产性实训基地的中国特色学徒制探索--以河南工业贸易职业学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校携手物流企业,把课堂搬进企业,开展特色学徒制;同时依托校内生产性实训基地,共建智慧物流产业学院;深化产教融合,结合物流行业特点和专业实际,以课程改革和教学改革为纽带,以产教融合为基础,以培养高素质技能型人才为核心,探索构建以企业为主体的中国特色学徒制的发展体系;并从情境学习理论出发,实施特色学徒制,学生到企业开展工学交替与在校内参与运营物流生产性实训基地相结合,实现专业设置与产业需求对接,课程内容与职业标准、岗位技能标准对接,教学过程与生产过程对接,从而提高人才培养质量和针对性。Vocational colleges and universities are working together with logistics enterprises to move classrooms into the enterprise and carry out characteristic apprenticeship systems.At the same time,relying on campus productive training bases,they are jointly building a smart logistics industry college and deepening the integration of industry and education.Colleges and universities also combine the characteristics of the logistics industry and professional reality,with curriculum reform and teaching reform as the link,integration of industry and education as the foundation,and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents as the core,to explore the development prospect of building a Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system with enterprises as the main body.Starting from the theory of situational learning,a characteristic apprenticeship system is implemented,which combines students'exchange of work and study in enterprises with their participation in the operation of logistics production training bases on campus,in order to achieve the integration of professional settings and industrial needs,the integration of course content with professional standards and job skills standards,and the integration of teaching and production processes,thereby improving the quality and pertinence of talent cultivation.
