摘　　要：粮油作为百姓日常生活的必需品,其关乎我国14亿人口的饮食安全。俗话说民以食为天,食品安全也是离百姓最近,百姓最为关心的安全问题。食品安全关系到人民对国家的信任,也关系到我国全体人民的生命健康安全。我国是世界人口大国,也是粮油生产大国,一旦粮油安全出现问题,势必会引起一系列的连锁反应。因此,我国粮食安全部门不仅要从源头上紧抓粮食和油料作物的安全生长问题,更要严抓粮油制成品生产领域的安全问题,防患于未然,加强对粮油产品的抽检,完善各方面的检查和监督,确保我国粮食安全。Grain and oil,as a necessity of people's daily life,is related to the food safety of 1.4 billion people in China.As the saying goes,food is the life of the people,and food safety is also the closest to the people and the issue they are most concerned about.Food safety is related to people's trust in the country,but also related to the life,health and safety of all our people.China is the world's largest country in terms of population,but also a large country in terms of food and oil production,once there is a problem with food and oil safety,it is bound to cause a series of chain reactions.Therefore,China's food security sector should not only pay close attention to the safe growth of food and oil crops at the source,but also pay close attention to the safety of the production of manufactured food and oil products,take precautions,strengthen sampling of food and oil products,and improve the inspection and supervision of all aspects,so as to ensure China's food security.
