摘　　要：猪肉作为人们餐桌上常见的食材,保证其质量安全至关重要。猪肉的生产质量受到饲料、兽药、疫病等诸多因素的影响,因此应采取适当措施确保猪肉质量安全。本文分析了猪肉生产质量的影响因素,探讨了安全猪肉的生产策略。As a common ingredient on people’s dinner table,it is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of pork.The production quality of pork is affected by many factors such as feed,veterinary drugs and epidemics,so appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the quality and safety of pork.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of pork production and discusses the production strategies for safe pork.
