摘 要:通过超声辅助-响应面分析法优化土茯苓(Smilax glabra Roxb.)与白土茯苓(Heterosmilax japonica Kunth)总黄酮的提取,比较两者抗氧活性的差异。在单因素试验基础上,采用超声辅助和响应面法优化土茯苓和白土茯苓中总黄酮的提取工艺;通过测定总黄酮对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-))自由基清除作用,研究两者抗氧活性的差异。结果表明,土茯苓总黄酮平均得率为12.94%,白土茯苓总黄酮平均得率为1.95%。土茯苓抗氧化能力明显高于白土茯苓,并与总黄酮质量浓度呈一定正相关关系。利用超声辅助-响应面法得到土茯苓和白土茯苓总黄酮的最佳提取条件,土茯苓比白土茯苓具有较强的抗氧化活性。Investigate the extraction of total flavonoids from Smilax glabra Roxb.and Heterosmilax japonica Kunth utilizing ultrasonic-assisted-response surface analysis,and evaluate their antioxidant activities.Total flavonoids were extracted from Smilax glabra Roxb.and Heterosmilax japonica Kunth using ultrasound-assisted and response surface methods based on the single-factor test,and the differences in antioxidant activity of total flavonoids were investigated by measuring the DPPH radical and superoxide anion(O_(2)^(-))radical scavenging effects.The results showed that the average yields of total flavonoids in Smilax glabra Roxb.and Heterosmilax japonica Kunth were 12.94%and 1.95%,respectively.The antioxidant capacity of Smilax glabra Roxb.was substantially higher than that of Heterosmilax japonica Kunth,and it correlated positively with total flavonoid mass concentration.The optimal extraction conditions for the total flavonoids of Smilax glabra Roxb.and Heterosmilax japonica Kunth were obtained using ultrasound-assisted-response surface method,and Smilax glabra Roxb.exhibited greater antioxidant activity than Heterosmilax japonica Kunth.
