摘　　要：基于产出导向的教育理念(OBE),地方应用型高校开展创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合,对于更好培养创新驱动型经济社会所需的创新应用型人才具有重要意义。以枣庄学院食品专业为例,在分析当前专创融合教育存在问题的基础上,提出构建以“能力为核心、成果导向、专创融合”的创新创业应用型人才培养模式,并从创新创业应用型人才培养和质量保障体系、“五个融入”模式的课程体系、双师双能型队伍建设、“合纵连横”的培养机制4个方面对其实施进行阐述。在此基础上,对食品专业人才培养模式中存在不足进行分析,并提出合理化应对措施,以期为创新应用型人才培养在相关专业的推广普及奠定理论和实践基础。Based on the outcomes-based education(OBE),the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in local application-oriented universities is of great significance in cultivating innovative and applied talents needed by innovation-driven economy and society.Taking food major of Zaozhuang University as an example,based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current integration of professional and innovation and entrepreneurship education,build a training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial application-oriented talents with“ability as the core,achievement oriented,and integration of speciality and entrepreneurship”,expound the implementation from four aspects:the training and quality guarantee system of innovative and entrepreneurial application-oriented talents,the curriculum system of“five integration”mode,the construction of dual-qualified teacher team,and the training mechanism of“joining of vertical and horizontal”.On this basis,analyzing the deficiencies in the talent training mode of food major and putting forward reasonable countermeasures,it is expected to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for the popularization of innovative and application-oriented talent training in related majors.
