摘 要:随着经济、社会的发展,人民生活质量和健康追求提高,保健意识增强,保健食品得到广泛关注和使用。作为有助于维持和改善机体健康的保健食品理论上应绝对安全无害,然而由于保健食品本身及食用人群的异质性,可能存在食用后出现不良反应的情况。遗憾的是,我国尚未对上市后人群食用保健食品的不良反应进行系统监督和管理。相较于我国,美国、加拿大、日本等对类似我国保健食品的产品有着系统的不良反应监管和应对措施。鉴于此,系统梳理不同国家和地区对保健食品类似产品的不良反应管理现状,从中借鉴有益经验,以期对我国保健食品上市后不良反应的监管和应对提出可供借鉴的建议。With the development of economy and society,people’s quality of life and pursuit of health have been improved,and health awareness has been enhanced.Health food has been widely concerned and used.Theoretically,health food should be absolutely safe and harmless as it helps to maintain and improve body health.However,due to the heterogeneity of health food itself and consumption population,there may be adverse reactions after consumption.Unfortunately,China has not yet carried out systematic supervision and management of adverse reactions of health food consumption after the market.Compared with China,the United States,Canada,Japan and other countries have systematic adverse reaction supervision and response measures for products similar to China’s health food.In view of this,systematically comb the current situation of adverse reaction management of similar health food products in different countries and regions,and draw on useful experience,in order to put forward reference suggestions for the supervision and response of adverse reaction of health food after marketing in China.
