摘　　要：了解苏州市市售水果蔬菜新烟碱类农药残留状况和污染水平,为相关部门对农产品中新烟碱类农药残留的安全监督提供数据支持和科学依据。按照《国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则(2021年版)》中农药残留监测的标准要求,对苏州市各区不同地点采集1195批次蔬菜水果,监测噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺和啶虫脒4种新烟碱类农药的残留情况。结果表明,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺和啶虫脒均有不同程度的检出,其中噻虫胺的超标率(3.8%)最高。农产品姜、豇豆、辣椒、芹菜、普通白菜(小青菜)中均有检出不合格项。新型烟碱类农药残留问题依然严重,应开展农产品安全监督抽检,及时发现并有效防控农产品安全风险,切实保障广大群众食品安全。Understand the residual status and pollution level of nicotine pesticides in fruits and vegetables sold in Suzhou,in order to provide data support and scientific basis for relevant departments to supervise the safety of nicotine pesticide residues in agricultural products.According to the standard requirements of pesticide residue monitoring in the Implementation Rules for Sampling Inspection of National Food Safety Supervision(2021 Version),1195 batches of vegetables and fruits were collected from different locations in various districts of Suzhou to monitor the residues of four neonicotinoid pesticides,namely thiamethoxam,imidacloprid,clothianidin and acetamidine.The result showed that thiamethoxam,imidacloprid,clothianidin and acetamidine were detected in different degrees,and the exceedance rate of thiamethoxam was the highest(3.8%).Among agricultural products,ginger,cowpea,chili,celery and ordinary cabbage were found to be unqualified.The problem of residual neonicotinoid pesticides remained serious.It was necessary to carry out supervision and sampling of agricultural product safety,to promptly detect and effectively prevent and control agricultural product safety risks,and to effectively ensure the food safety of the general public.
