摘 要:目的:沙滩排球经常被用于室内排球运动员的调整训练,但很少有关于从沙滩过渡到硬地球场时的运动能力研究。本文主要考察12周沙滩排球训练对室内排球运动员肌肉表现的影响。方法:20名完成室内排球赛季、愿意在沙滩进行排球训练和比赛的运动员参加了这项研究。在12周沙滩排球训练前后评估膝关节屈伸和跖屈肌群的肌肉耐力、膝关节屈伸、跖屈肌、背屈肌和躯干屈肌群在三种不同速度下的肌肉力量和爆发力(在沙滩和硬地场地进行SJ和CMJ)。结果:12周沙滩排球训练后膝伸肌和足底屈肌耐力显著改善;12周训练后,膝关节伸肌肌肉力量60°/s和300°/s显著高于干预前,背屈肌肌肉力量在三种不同速度下都显著高于干预前;12周沙滩排球训练后,SJ和CMJ的垂直跳跃高度在沙滩和硬地球场上均有所提高。结论:12周的系统训练和沙滩排球比赛可以提高室内排球运动员下肢肌肉耐力和跳跃高度。这些改善效果可以转移到硬地球场,使沙滩排球成为在室内外排球赛季训练室内排球运动员的有益选择。OBJECTIVE:Beach volleyball is commonly used as an adaptive training method for indoor volleyball athletes,yet there is limited research on the transition from beach to hard court and its impact on athletic abilities.This study aims to examine the effects of a 12-week beach volleyball training program on the muscle performance of indoor volleyball athletes.METHODS:Twenty athletes who had completed the indoor volleyball season and were willing to participate in beach volleyball training and competitions were included in the study.Muscle endurance of the knee flexor and plantar flexor muscle groups,as well as muscle strength and explosiveness of the knee extensor,plantar flexors,dorsiflexors,and trunk flexors at three different speeds(measured through squat jumps and countermovement jumps on both beach and hard court surfaces),were evaluated before and after the 12-week beach volleyball training.RESULTS:Significant improvements were observed in knee extensor and plantar flexor endurance after the 12-week beach volleyball training.Muscle strength of the knee extensors at 60°/s and 300%/s,as well as dorsiflexor muscle strength at all three speeds,significantly increased after the training period.Additionally,vertical jump heights in both squat jumps and counter-movement jumps improved on both beach and hard court surfaces following the 12-week beach volleyball training.CONCLUSION:A 12-week structured training program and participation in beach volleyballcompetitions can enhance lower limb muscle endurance and vertical jump height in indoor volleyball athletes.These improvements can be transferred to the hard court,making beach volleyball a valuable training option for indoor volleyball athletes during both indoor and outdoor volleyball seasons.
