摘　　要：Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system.The pathogenesis of AD is complex and diverse,and its occurrence and development is the result of the interaction of multiple factors.A number of studies have shown that mTOR signaling pathway is closely related to AD.In recent years,people in exploring relevant methods for the treatment of AD and the process of drugs,more and more studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine compound traditional Chinese medicine monomer,and can be applied to mTOR signaling pathway to improve symptoms in patients with AD.This paper will review the mechanism of action and treatment of TCM in Alzheimer's disease based on mTOR signaling pathway in recent years,so as to provide reference and expand thinking for the prevention and treatment of AD.
