摘 要:大中小学思政课教师胜任力与学校思政课改革创新能否落地落细息息相关。通过研究政策文本、文献资料、问卷访谈,建立了初始的大中小学思政课教师胜任力素质词汇体系,并通过问卷调研法和SPSS17.0软件分别对中小学组和高校组数据进行指标验证和探索性因子分析,最终构建了由政治素养、知识素养、教学技能、师德师风、个人特质、先进教学理念6个维度组成的胜任力模型,其中高校有26项胜任力指标,中小学有29项胜任力指标。该研究成果为大中小学思政课教师的选拔、考核评价和培训等后续研究提供了依据。The competency of ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities is closely related to whether the reform and innovation of ideological and political coursescan be implemented.Through the research of policy texts,literature material,and questionnaire interviews,the initial vocabulary system on competent quality of ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities was established.And with the help ofthe questionnaire research method and SPSS17.0 software,the index verificationand exploratory factor analysison the data of the primary and secondary school groupand the university group were carried out respectively.Finally,a competency model composed of 6 dimensions of political literacy,knowledge literacy,teaching skills,teacher ethics,personal attributes,and advanced teaching ideas was built,including 26 competency indicators in colleges and universities and 29 competency indicators in primary and secondary schools.The research results could provide a scientific basis for the selection,assessment and evaluation,and training of ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities.
